About Glimmer
Glimmer provides somatic psychotherapy and functional health coaching for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic physiological stress.

Many of the challenges we experience today are not just psychological—they are stored and expressed through the body and how it functions. Our past experiences shape how the nervous system learns to adapt, protect, and respond over time, influencing not only emotional patterns but also energy, sleep, digestion, and overall regulation.

In this work, we go beyond talking about what is happening.

We slow down and bring attention to present-moment experience—tracking sensations, breath, movement, emotion, and shifts in your nervous system as they arise. This helps you begin to notice patterns that often happen outside of conscious awareness, and develop a more connected relationship with your internal experience.

Sessions are collaborative, paced, and grounded in safety. Together, we work to support regulation and restore a sense of connection and trust within your nervous system, while also supporting the broader physiological systems it influences—so change can become more sustainable over time.

The goal is not to override your system, but to listen to it with curiosity—learning its patterns and supporting it in finding more ease, stability, and capacity. Over time, this work supports a shift from survival-based patterns into greater presence, self-trust, and internal coherence.

At Glimmer, the aim is to support your system in moving from coping to connection, and from surviving to thriving—so what once felt dim can begin to feel more steady, clear, alive, and supported in greater well-being.

So your glimmers become gleams.
And your gleams become your life.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the cost of services to clients who are uninsured or not using insurance.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care is expected to cost.
For psychotherapy services, the estimated cost per session is $165. The total length of treatment varies depending on your individual needs, goals, and clinical progress. Because therapy is individualized, it is not possible to predict the exact number of sessions required; however, an estimated range or treatment duration may be discussed during intake or ongoing treatment planning. This estimate is based on the information known at the time and is subject to change if your clinical needs or treatment plan evolve.
You will receive a written Good Faith Estimate before services begin or upon request. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

This work unfolds in relationship, in presence, and in small moments of awareness that build over time.
