Format & Fees
Format
All sessions are conducted virtually through the HIPAA-compliant platform SimplePractice.
The coaching structure includes:

An initial 45-minute intake session

Ongoing biweekly 30-minute sessions
-
Between-session messaging support and protocol adjustments via SimplePractice messaging when appropriate
This format is designed to support continuity, integration, and sustainable behavior change between sessions.
Fees
Initial Session (45-minutes): $165
Biweekly Sessions (30-minutes): $90
Fees will be collected at the time of service through SimplePractice.

We work together to build daily rhythms that balance structure with flexibility.
Rather than rigid scheduling or discipline-based systems, we focus on attuning to internal cues such as energy, hunger, rest needs, and emotional state.

Rest & Recovery
A core focus of this work is supporting the nervous system in accessing rest, regulation, and recovery.
We explore gentle, body-based awareness practices that support the system in shifting out of chronic stress activation over time.
Rest is approached as a biologically available state—not something to be earned.
Emotional Regulation
We develop practical, body-based tools for supporting emotional awareness and regulation.
This includes increasing nervous system flexibility—the capacity to move between activation and calm with greater ease and awareness.
Emotional regulation is approached as:
